2. After production starts
Once design or development work has begun, the project fee reflects time and capacity reserved for your project. Refunds are assessed fairly based on the work completed and the stage of the project.
3. Included revisions
Revisions within the purchased package are not a refund event. They are the agreed way to refine the delivered work within the approved scope.
4. Your consumer rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where a service is not delivered with due care and skill, you may be entitled to a remedy regardless of this policy.
