Terms and Conditions

The commercial terms that apply to website packages and custom projects.

Draft pending legal review

This page is a structured placeholder. Final wording, business entity details and GST treatment are being confirmed before public launch. Please do not rely on it as final legal terms.

Last prepared: 8 November 2026

1. Scope of work

Each package is a one-time website development purchase with a defined scope, stated on the pricing page. Anything not listed as included is outside the package.

2. Quotations and pricing

Published package prices are shown in Australian dollars. Custom work is quoted individually after feasibility review. A project begins only after the scope is confirmed in writing.

GST treatment and the compliant customer-facing price presentation are to be confirmed before public checkout opens.

3. Revisions

  • One revision round is one consolidated set of customer feedback.
  • Revisions cover reasonable modifications within the approved scope.
  • New pages, changes in direction, extra integrations or new functionality require a separate quotation.

4. Delivery

Delivery estimates begin after the customer has provided the required information and the brief has been approved. Delayed feedback or approved scope changes may affect the delivery date. Estimates are not unconditional guarantees.

5. Hosting, domains and handoff

Domain registration, hosting fees and ongoing maintenance are the customer's responsibility unless separately agreed. Vellix Digital provides reasonable deployment instructions and handoff materials.

6. Customer responsibilities

  • Provide accurate business information and approved content.
  • Supply brand assets you have the right to use.
  • Respond to review requests within a reasonable period.

7. Intellectual property

On final payment, the delivered website files and approved content are handed to the customer for use. Third-party assets remain subject to their own licences.

8. Liability

Final liability, warranty and consumer guarantee wording to be prepared with legal advice consistent with Australian Consumer Law.
